If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact Dr. Vermilyea or the respective therapist to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
Any late cancellation of appointment will be charged a fee.
This new policy is in effect starting 1/1/2012. This will help us ensure that maximum preparation and support are provided to each patient during their session, as well as the flexibility necessary to allow for faster scheduling time for a new appointment.
