Dr. Vermilyea has over 25 years of experience as a cognitive behavior psychologist specializing in the treatment of anxiety disorders (including generalized anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder and phobias) and depression. Dr. Vermilyea and his associates place importance on equal treatment and a focus on people’s individuality. We do not judge people. We focus on helping people move from where they are psychologically to where they want to be in their lives. We believe that people can make many choices in their life, and that almost no choice is set in stone. If you have a goal in mind, there are many paths to get there. Even if you never make it to your goal, the key is to enjoy your life. We all would like to be in control of our lives. Often we have more control and choice than we think we do. - FeesPlease schedule an appointment to be seen. Walk-in appearances disrupt the schedule, so an appointment is always required. Please call or email to schedule an appointment. All calls and emails will be returned as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, you need to call and cancel no less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to your appointment time. Payment of fees for services is always the responsibility of the patient. In the case of a dependent or minor another person may accept responsibility for the payments. Please verify what your insurance plan covers. You are expected to pay in full at the time of service. Payment can be made by check or cash, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Billing questions, questions about billing practices and insurance billing may be directed to Tracy van der Merwe(van-da-meer), the practice manager at (603) 580-2337. Emergencies: If you are in crisis and feel you are a danger to yourself or others call my number (339) 224-7695. Leave a message. I will call you back as soon as I can.
